  • Accidents and Emergencies

    In case of an accident, contact local authorities first, then inform the Rentone Reservation Center.

  • Can I Rent a Car Daily or Monthly?

    Yes, you can rent a car on a daily or monthly basis. All transactions can be done via rentone.com.tr or through the Rentone Reservation Center.

     

  • Can I Rent a Car Without a Deposit?

    No. Cars cannot be handed over without a deposit.

     

  • Can I Rent Without a Credit Card?

    No. Both rental and deposit processes require a credit card in the name of the renter.

     

  • Can Someone Else Drive the Rented Vehicle?

    No. Only drivers listed in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle. Additional drivers are subject to an extra fee.

  • Can the Car Be Taken Abroad?

    No. Cars rented from Rentone can only be used within Turkey.

     

  • Can the Drop-off Location Be Changed After Pickup?

    Contact the Rentone Reservation Center to request a drop-off location change. Extra fees may apply.

     

  • Deposit Process

    The deposit is charged to your credit card and refunded within 7–14 days if no extra charges apply.

     

  • Fuel Policy at Pickup and Return

    The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup. If returned with less fuel, the difference will be charged.

  • HGS and Traffic Fines

    Toll charges and fines are deducted from the deposit. Any fines issued to the driver are billed accordingly.

     

  • How to Make a Corporate Rental Request?

  • How to Rent a Car from Rentone?

    Renting a car from Rentone is very easy. Simply visit www.rentone.com.tr, select your travel dates and pickup location, and choose the vehicle that fits your needs in just a few steps. You can also make reservations by calling the Rentone Reservation Center at 0850 307 77 74 or by sending an email to rez@rentone.com.tr.

  • How to Request Additional Services?

    Services like GPS or child seats can be requested during reservation or vehicle pickup.

     

  • Insurance Coverage and Additional Protections

    In addition to mandatory traffic insurance, optional coverages like Mini Damage, Personal Accident, and Third-Party Liability are offered.

  • Is a Replacement Vehicle Provided?

    Yes, a replacement vehicle is provided in case of breakdown or accident, in accordance with legal requirements. 

  • Is There a Mileage Limit?

    Yes. For 1–10 day rentals, the daily limit is 300 km. For 10–30 day rentals, the total limit is 3,000 km.

  • Reservation Details and Payment Process

    Choose your pickup/drop-off location, date, and time. Select vehicle segment, transmission, and fuel type. Enter driver information and complete payment via credit card.

  • Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection Responsibility

    All routine maintenance and inspections are handled by Rentone, except for user-related damage.

     

  • What Affects the Rental Prices?

    Prices may vary depending on the vehicle segment, brand/model, transmission type, fuel type, rental duration, additional services, seasonal demand, and availability.

     

  • What Are the Age and License Requirements for Renting?

    You must be at least 23 years old and have held a valid Class B driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years.

     

  • What Documents Are Required When Picking Up the Vehicle?

    A valid driver’s license, the renter’s credit card, an ID, and the reservation form are required. Additionally, your Findex credit score will be checked. The deposit amount will be charged to your credit card upon vehicle pickup.

  • What Happens if the Vehicle is Returned Late?

    A grace period of up to 2 hours is allowed. Otherwise, a full day’s rental fee is charged. Contact the Rentone Reservation Center if you expect delays.

  • What is One-Way Rental?

    It means returning the vehicle to a different location than the pickup point. Additional charges may apply depending on the distance.

  • What is the Cancellation and Refund Policy?

    To cancel or modify a reservation, call the Rentone Reservation Center or manage your booking via rentone.com.tr.

     

  • What is the Process in Case of Early Return?

    If you return the vehicle early, the charge is calculated based on the actual rental period. Refunds are processed within 7–14 days.

  • What Should I Do If the Plate, Registration, or Key is Lost?

    Immediately inform the Rentone Reservation Center and notify the police.

  • What Should I Do If Warning Lights Appear or the Car Breaks Down?

    Stop the vehicle and contact the Rentone Reservation Center.

     

  • What to Do in Case of an Accident?

    A report must be filled out, photos taken, and the Rentone Reservation Center must be contacted.

     

  • When Are Credit Card Details Taken?

    Credit card information is collected securely during the reservation and deposit stages.

     

  • Where is the Vehicle Picked Up?

    The vehicle can be picked up from the Rentone office specified in your reservation confirmation.

     

  • Which Car Brands Do You Offer?

    We offer a wide range of vehicles in economy, mid-range, and luxury segments. SUV, sedan, and electric models are also available.

     

  • Who is Responsible for Paying MTV and Other Taxes?

    Motor Vehicle Tax (MTV) and other vehicle-related taxes are covered by Rentone.

     

  • Who is Responsible for Traffic Fines?

    All traffic fines are the responsibility of the renter. Fines sent to Rentone will be billed to the customer.
